Back Cover Photo Contest Winner
This photo was selected for publication on the back cover of the 2013-2014 print version of the Oregon Blue Book.
“Tukwila Lily” was captured by John H. Reiff at Glatt Pond in July 2006, in the Links at Tukwila near his Woodburn home. John used a Nikon DSLR camera with a zoom-Nikkor 18-200mm lens. He has had photos published in The Oregonian and The Arizona Republic newspapers, Shutterbug and Travel + Leisure magazines.
John retired 10 years ago after working more than 40 years as an executive in the engineered wood product industry. He is an avid photographer, golfer and collector of fine wine. He has been married for 51 years, has three children and six grandchildren.
